Dear Comrades in Christ,
Greetings and felicitations in the
Mighty Name of Jesus Messiah! The members of the Heights, staff and
faculty of the 35th Annual Lauderdale Lectures and Ministers’
Institute Conference greet you in love!
We, from the date of this letter, stand
at a 4-1/2 month time line to the beginning of the 2011 MINISTERS’
INSTITUTE CONFERENCE! (January 15-20, 2011). This is your first
correspondence from staff. We are looking forward anticipatorily for
your being an intricate and participatory part in this historic
event!
Comrades, it would greatly facilitate
the prosecution of the intent of the conference if you would be so
kind as to begin publishing the advertisement of the conference in
your church bulletin, and place the conference poster on your
bulletin board. Thanks in advance for your kind consideration.
The 2011 Ministers’ Institute Conference
website is up and running. Please pull it up for registration and
updated information from time to time at
www.ministerinstituteconference.com.
You are urged to do two things
immediately: register for the conference early, and make your hotel
reservations early. You can register online or you can mail your
reservations. Both methods are provided for you on the website.
Should you have questions after viewing the website, please do not
hesitate to call or contact us.
Be advised that there will be a “women’s
session”. We encourage you to make this information known to the
many women of God you have in your congregation.
Now, a brief and final word about our
theme. The 2011 conference will be about the validity and veracity
of apostolic worship in the First Century, the motif of which is
John 4:24. Different speakers will investigate, through
interpretation and application, the several aspects of John 4:24 and
Psalm 95:6. They will seek a Rhama word from antiquity and show its
relevance for our lives today. The intent of these biblical
expositions will demonstrate different aspects of our lives today!
In the final analysis, it is our fervent hope that all Christian
warriors will be positively empowered in their walk, worship, work,
and waiting! Please pray for us as we seek to sustain a “continuing
heritage” unwavering in its stand, unapologetic for its standards,
and unrelenting in its fervency for total respect for Biblical
authority!!
In addition to the intent of the theme
of the Conference, your brochure, which is enclosed with this
correspondence, will identify the Conference TRACKS. It will also
identify the MIC Activities that have been planned with you in mind.
